At Loudhailer, we are fully committed to respecting your privacy and to protecting any information that our clients provide. Your privacy and security are both our highest priorities and we make every effort to ensure that all the information provided by you is protected. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is designed to inform you about the terms of treating your personal data, and explains the personal data Loudhailer processes, how Loudhailer processes it, and for what purposes.

Loudhailer offers a range of products and services. References to Loudhailer in this statement include all Loudhailer products and services. This statement also applies to the interactions Loudhailer has with you and the Loudhailer products or services listed below, as well as other Loudhailer products or services that display this statement.

Personal data we collect

In order to access the functionality of the Website, you will need to register. When registering, you will be asked to provide a Company / Artist / Influencer name, website address, an email address and create a password.

When registered, Loudhailer collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products and services. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products or services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Loudhailer and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties.

Before being able to run campaigns in Loudhailer, we collect other data including - Company logo or individual profile picture, a Company or individual cover photo for your profile, a short and long description of yourself or your Company, and a phone number. Additionally, in order to properly use Loudhailer it is necessary for you to provide links, IDs or other information related to your personal or Company social media accounts.

You have choices when it comes to the technology you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. Many of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide data required to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or if this relates to an existing product you’re using, we may have to suspend or cancel it. We will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, features like personalization that use such data will not work for you.

How we use personal data

Loudhailer uses the data we collect to provide you with substantive, interactive experiences. In particular, we use data to:

• Provide our products, which includes updating, securing, and troubleshooting, as well as providing support. It also includes sharing data, when it is required to provide the service or carry out the transactions you request.
• To promote your company or individual marketing campaigns to our worker entrepreneurs on our partner websites. For example:
  • Loudhailer clients pay for and create marketing campaigns using client-created content or content created on the Loudhailer website. These marketing campaigns include activities such as sharing on Facebook or Twitter, Following Twitter, watching a YouTube video, watching a Tiktok, etc.
  • These campaigns are displayed on our partner website Satorify.io (or others) and accessed by Satorify’s (or others) user-base.
  • The users of Satorify decide to accept the campaigns and perform the marketing task specified in the campaign (see above for examples).
  • The Satorify user is rewarded tokens for completing the marketing campaign on behalf of the Loudhailer client. The Loudhailer’s content is promoted in social media and other channels in exchange for the token reward paid by Satorify.
  • Social IDs (usernames) provided for campaigns will be used to display your campaign info on our partner websites, or on third party websites, e.g., Facebook, Telegram, etc.

We also use data to build better services

We use the information we collect from all our services for the following purposes:

• Improve and develop our products.
• Personalize our products and make recommendations.
• Advertise and market to you, which includes sending promotional communications, targeting advertising, and presenting you with relevant offers.
• We also use the data to operate our business, which includes analyzing our performance, meeting our legal obligations, developing our workforce, and doing research.

In carrying out these purposes, we combine data we collect from different contexts (for example, from your use of various Loudhailer products) or obtain from third parties to give you a more seamless, consistent, and personalized experience, to make informed business decisions, and for other legitimate purposes.

Our processing of personal data for these purposes includes both automated and manual (human) methods of processing. Our automated methods often are related to and supported by our manual methods. For example, our automated methods include artificial intelligence (AI), which we think of as a set of technologies that enable computers to perceive, learn, reason, and assist in decision-making to solve problems in ways that are similar to what people do. To build, train, and improve the accuracy of our automated methods of processing (including AI), we manually review some of the predictions and inferences produced by the automated methods against the underlying data from which the predictions and inferences were made

Security

Loudhailer aims to protect the security of your information as much as we aim to protect our own information and network. We will not permit any third parties to contact you directly on an unsolicited basis in relation to their own products or services.

Loudhailer’s privacy policy does not modify, supersede, or will ever be inconsistent with the policies of third-party social media partners (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. You should never disclose your account password to unauthorized parties. We use certain security measures to help keep your personal information safe, but we cannot guarantee that these measures will stop any users try to get around the privacy or security settings on the Website through unforeseen and/or illegal activity.

However, we do share your personal data with your consent or to complete any transaction or provide any product you have requested or authorized. We also share data with Loudhailer-controlled affiliates and subsidiaries; with vendors working on our behalf; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect lives; to maintain the security of our products; and to protect the rights and property of Loudhailer and its customers.

How to access and control your personal data

You can also make choices about the collection and use of your data by Loudhailer. You can control your personal data that Loudhailer has obtained, and exercise your data protection rights, by contacting Loudhailer or using various tools we provide. In some cases, your ability to access or control your personal data will be limited, as required or permitted by applicable law. How you can access or control your personal data will also depend on which products you use. For example, you can:

• Control the use of your data for interest-based advertising from Loudhailer by visiting our opt-out page.
• Choose whether you wish to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, telephone calls, and postal mail from Loudhailer.
• Access and clear some of your data through the Loudhailer privacy dashboard.

Not all personal data processed by Loudhailer can be accessed or controlled via the tools above. If you want to access or control personal data processed by Loudhailer that is not available via the tools above or directly through the Loudhailer products you use, including but not limited to the erasure of your personal data or the portability of your data, you can always contact Loudhailer at the address in the How to Contact Us section or by using our web form.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server in the domain that placed the cookie. We use cookies and similar technologies for storing and honoring your preferences and settings, enabling you to sign in, providing interest-based advertising, combating fraud, analyzing how our products perform, and fulfilling other legitimate purposes. Loudhailer apps use additional identifiers for similar purposes.

Products provided by your organization—notice to end users

If you lose access to your work (in event of change of employment, for example), you may lose access to products or services and the content associated with those products or services, including those you acquired on your own behalf, if you used your work account to sign in to such products.

Many Loudhailer products or services are intended for use by business or other types of organizations. If your business or organization provides you with access to Loudhailer products, your use of the Loudhailer products is subject to your business’ or organization's policies, if any. You should direct your privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your data protection rights, to your business’ or organization’s administrator. Loudhailer is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, which may differ from those set forth in this privacy statement.

With a Loudhailer account, you can sign in to Loudhailer products or services. Personal data associated with your Loudhailer account includes credentials, name and contact data, payment data, device and usage data, your contacts, and information about your activities. Signing in to your Loudhailer account enables personalization and consistent experiences across our products and services.

If you sign into a service offered by a third party with your Loudhailer account, you will share with that third party the account data required by that service.

Changes to the Policy

This Policy may be amended at our full discretion without prior notice. We encourage you to review it periodically in order to be aware of the changes we may have made.
